This hybrid event will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark and online, organised by Statens Serum Institut and DTU National Food Institute.
One Health EJP members – join this CPD event if you are interested in microbiological and epidemiological aspects of laboratory diagnostics. PhD students and early career researchers are welcome to apply.
The CPD module will discuss the role of diagnostics and related challenges from both the microbiological and epidemiological perspectives. Outbreak case studies based on real outbreak events will be presented to engage participants in understanding the different roles required to deal with an outbreak scenario. It will combine training in a laboratory setting and as a desktop exercise. This module will share scientific knowledge and experiences from OHEJP Joint Integrative Projects of OH-Harmony-CAP, MATRIX and CARE.
